kendrick lamar ft lady gaga partynauseaus lyrics

kendrick lamar lady gaga partynauseous lyrics

Partynauseaus

  • Nod if you want to be high with the enemy
  • It's a test of your stamina, do your best
  • Nod if you want to make love with the enemy
  • Roll it up, baby, smoke it up 'til we're flyin'
  • Tell my mama it's bad karma, I just killed a man
  • Tell your auntie he got to pardon me if I hide my hand
  • Fuck what you heard, this shit is revolutionary
  • Fuck what you heard, this is the last illusion, bury
  • Me with the nerve and ninety-five marksmen
  • So I can shoot this game until my trigger finger jam
  • I see red flag, I see blue flag
  • I pick a color, then make sure I don't give you a pass
  • You call it gang violence, you call it livin' mad
  • I called it life, but now I'm like, 'I fuckin' hate it bad'
  • And so we holler, 'Fuck what you heard
  • See, we been down for too long
  • Fuck what you heard, we been tired of doin' wrong
  • If you got the nerve to man up and kill a man
  • Then man up double time and shake that adversary's hand, bang
  • Nod if you want to be high with the enemy
  • It's a test of your stamina, do your best
  • Nod if you want to make love with the enemy
  • Roll it up, baby, smoke it up 'til we're flyin'
  • Um, this for the hatred in you
  • This is for that place of darkness they have placed into you
  • This is for the early coffins of those discriminated
  • Or racially profiled, I can look you in the eye
  • And make a vow that I'll never make another assumption
  • That you'll never be nothin' to me, he fin' if you did the opposite
  • I'll still run with pleasure
  • Doin' you the favour of cuttin' through the evil
  • Kendrick Lamar like God-lover of all people, bang
  • Prepare, I descend from the East, my name is Lady Gaga
  • We party nauseous cause, ma
  • Prepare, I descend from the West, my name is Kendrick Lamar
  • We party nauseous cause, ma
  • Nod if you want to be high with the enemy
  • It's a test of your stamina, do your best
  • Nod if you want to make love with the enemy
  • Roll it up, baby, smoke it up 'til we're flyin'

nicki minaj ft skylar grey bed of lies

  • Bed Of Lies
  •
  •
  • (feat. Skylar Grey)
  • [Hook - Skylar Grey:]
  • Do you ever think of me when you lie,
  • Lie down in your bed, your bed of lies?
  • And I knew better than to look in your eyes
  • They only pretend you would be mine
  • And oh how you made me believe
  • You had me caught in every web that you weave
  • But do you ever think of me when you lie,
  • Lie down in your bed, your bed of lies?
  • [Nicki Minaj:]
  • You could never make eye contact
  • Everything you got was based off of my contacts
  • You a fraud, but I'mma remain icon-stat
  • Balenciaga's on my boots with the python strap
  • You was caught up in the rush, and you was caught up in the thrill of it
  • You was with me way before I hit a quarter mil' in it
  • Put you in the crib and you ain't never pay a bill in it
  • I was killin' it, man you got me poppin' pills in it
  • I told Baby hit you, I said this nigga buggin'
  • Cause I was doing it for us, I told 'em fuck the public
  • Couldn't believe that I was home alone contemplating
  • Overdosin', no more coastin', no more toastin' over oceans
  • They say you don't know what you got 'til it's gone
  • They say that your darkest hour comes before your dawn
  • But there was something I should've asked all along
  • I'mma ask on the song
  • [Hook - Skylar Grey:]
  • Do you ever think of me when you lie,
  • Lie down in your bed, your bed of lies?
  • And I knew better than to look in your eyes
  • They only pretend you would be mine
  • And oh how you made me believe
  • You had me caught in every web that you weave
  • But do you ever think of me when you lie,
  • Lie down in your bed, your bed of lies?
  • [Nicki Minaj:]
  • I just figured if you saw me, if you looked in my eyes
  • You'd remember our connection and be freed from the lies
  • I just figured I was something that you couldn't replace
  • But there was just a blank stare and I couldn't relate
  • I just couldn't understand and I couldn't defend
  • What we had, what we shared, and I couldn't pretend
  • When the tears roll down it's like you ain't even notice em
  • If you had a heart, I was hoping you that would've showed it some
  • What the fuck you really telling me, what you telling me
  • I could tell you lying, get the fuck out, don't yell at me
  • I ain't mean to cut you, I ain't wanna catch a felony
  • This ain't How To Be A Player, you ain't Bill Bellamy
  • They say you don't know what you got 'til it's gone
  • They say that your darkest hour come before your dawn
  • But there was something that I should've asked all along
  • I'mma ask on the song
  • [Skylar Grey:]
  • So does she know I've been in that bed before
  • A thousand count, and not a single thread of truth
  • If I was just another girl
  • Then I'm ashamed to say that I'm not over you
  • There's one thing I need to know
  • So call me, when you're not so busy just thinking of yourself
  • [Hook - Skylar Grey:]
  • Do you ever think of me when you lie,
  • Lie down in your bed, your bed of lies?
  • And I knew better than to look in your eyes
  • They only pretend you would be mine
  • And oh how you made me believe
  • You had me caught in every web that you weave
  • But do you ever think of me when you lie,
  • Lie down in your bed, your bed of lies?

victoria monet for the thrill lyrics

victoria monet for the thrill lyrics

For the Thirll

  • [Hook: Victoria Monet]
  • Keep on running
  • For the thrill if it gets you high
  • Keep on running
  • For the thrill if it gets you high
  • High
  • High
  • [Verse 1: Victoria Monet]
  • Some will want your love
  • Some will want want your pain
  • Someone want the blood from your veins
  • Some are hanging on to every word you say
  • Waiting til' you fall from your reign
  • [Pre-Hook: Victoria Monet]
  • But that's okay
  • Rub it in their face
  • [Hook]
  • [Verse 2: B.o.B]
  • I'm a smoker, I'm a drinker, a slave to human nature
  • Prone to misbehaviour, my zone I don't stray away from
  • Yeah, yeah yeah, I'm on my square, you just a [?]
  • I'm on that different level, higher than the ozone layer
  • Mr Officer, say Mr Officer
  • We free spirits get these cuffs up off of us
  • Stay toastin' liftin' cups often bruh
  • Your life is good but my life is much awesomer
  • [Hook]
  • [Verse 3: Victoria Monet]
  • Been trying every dawn and every break of day
  • To get between your pen and your page
  • Now they ever want is to see you fade
  • Till they get you down in your grave
  • [Pre-Hook] + [Hook]

k michelle love em all lyrics

k michelle love em all lyrics

  • Love 'Em All
  •
  •
  •
  • Heart beats, but I don't feel
  • I touch, but it ain't real
  • They say I move too fast
  • Going man to man
  • Always holding a new hand
  • Why can't they understand
  • Sex is irrelevant
  • Just a game in my head, I'm playing and I'm winning
  • (Oh) I broke another heart today
  • (Oh) and I didn't care I just walked away
  • 'Cause they think I love 'em
  • But I love 'em all, love 'em all ye-yeah
  • I need another one to get over the other one
  • Another one, ye-yeah
  • 'Cause they think I love 'em
  • But I love 'em all, love 'em all ye-yeah
  • I need another one to get over the other one
  • Another one, ye-yeah
  • They all wait for my call
  • They all want me to fall
  • All these men, they're a mess
  • Want me like the rest
  • I'm content not giving my best
  • Why can't they understand
  • Sex is irrelevant
  • Just a game in my head, I'm playing and I'm winning
  • (Oh) I broke another heart today
  • (Oh) and I didn't care I just walked away
  • 'Cause they think I love 'em
  • But I love 'em all, love 'em all ye-yeah
  • I need another one to get over the other one
  • Another one, ye-yeah
  • 'Cause they think I love 'em
  • But I love 'em all, love 'em all ye-yeah
  • I need another one to get over the other one
  • Another one, ye-yeah
  • Maybe one day I'll settle down
  • But for now
  • I'll just play around
  • And I'll make them feel good
  • That's how I get 'em
  • Making all feel special
  • Then I'll forget them
  • So I won't hurt
  • I keep a lot of them
  • And I love 'em all
  • 'Cause they think I love 'em
  • But I love 'em all, love 'em all ye-yeah
  • I need another one to get over the other one
  • Another one, ye-yeah
  • 'Cause they think I love 'em
  • But I love 'em all, love 'em all ye-yeah
  • I need another one to get over the other one
  • Another one, ye-yeah

yellawolf till it's gone lyrics

yellawolf till its gone lyrics

  • 'Till It's Gone
  •
  •
  • [Verse 1:]
  • I'm not the table you can come and lay your cup down on, now
  • I'm not the shoulder for a bag. The one that carried a heavy load
  • I'm not the road that you take when you looking for a short cut, uh
  • I ain't the stepping stone to be stepping on
  • I ain't nobodies crutch
  • I ain't the money man, with your money, man
  • You ain't looking at me
  • I'm not the cheap one, looking at me son
  • You ain't looking at free
  • I ain't the dish rag to come clean up all the shit that you dish out
  • Ain't got no check for em'
  • If you checking in, mothafucka, check this out
  • [Hook:]
  • Ain't much I can do but I do what I can
  • But I'm not a fool there's no need to pretend
  • And just because you got yourself in some shit
  • It doesn't mean I have to come deal with it
  • You handle your own when you become a man
  • And become a man when you handle your own
  • Ain't much I can do, but I do what I can
  • But what can I do if I do till it's gone? Oh oh
  • Till it's gone. Oh oh [x3]
  • What can I do if I do till it's gone?
  • [Verse 2:]
  • I'm not the the trash can. Not the last man at the finish line, now
  • I'm not the new kid on the block that you can just follow and push around
  • I'm not the fucking needle in the hay stack that you finally found
  • This ain't no free rent. Come and pitch a tent
  • You ain't tying me down
  • I'm not a bus ride you can hop inside and just roll away clean
  • Like the wheel on the wagon you wanna break
  • Cause I hold up the weight for the team
  • I'm not the gold watch and the new truck that your scheming to check out
  • Unless your looking to check out (powpowpow)
  • What a mess, now (come on)
  • [Verse 3:]
  • I jump to the sky for my people
  • I walk through the fire. I give love when it's equal
  • Don't tell me not to complain about my money and fame
  • When you come around me telling me I've changed
  • Damn, right I've fucking changed
  • When there's fucking change in my pocket hit the bucket
  • It was a rocking all a sudden
  • I went from shopping without nothing
  • To going shopping for my cousins
  • Now that the cops know that I'm buzzing,
  • They wanna drop me in the oven
  • Pull me over just to say "I'm a fan"
  • Hip hop; gotta love it, but fuck it

  • And if you wanna go downtown
  • You might as well roll with a real nigga

zedd featuring foxes clarity lyrics

zedd featuring foxes clarity lyrics

  • Clarity

  • (feat. Foxes)

  • High dive into frozen waves where the past comes back to life
  • Fight fear for the selfish pain, it was worth it every time
  • Hold still right before we crash 'cause we both know how this ends
  • A clock ticks 'til it breaks your glass and I drown in you again
  • 'Cause you are the piece of me I wish I didn't need
  • Chasing relentlessly, still fight and I don't know why
  • If our love is tragedy, why are you my remedy?
  • If our love's insanity, why are you my clarity?
  • (Hey-ay, hey-ay-ay. Hey-ay, hey-ay-ay. Hey-ay, hey-ay-ay. Hey-ay, hey)
  • If our love is tragedy, why are you my remedy?
  • If our love's insanity, why are you my clarity?
  • Walk on through a red parade and refuse to make amends
  • It cuts deep through our ground and makes us forget all common sense
  • Don't speak as I try to leave 'cause we both know what we'll choose
  • If you pull then I'll push too deep and I'll fall right back to you
  • 'Cause you are the piece of me I wish I didn't need
  • Chasing relentlessly, still fight and I don't know why
  • If our love is tragedy, why are you my remedy?
  • If our love's insanity, why are you my clarity?
  • (Hey-ay, hey-ay-ay. Hey-ay, hey-ay-ay. Hey-ay, hey-ay-ay. Hey-ay, hey)
  • Why are you my clarity?
  • Why are you my remedy?
  • Why are you my clarity?
  • Why are you my remedy?
  • If our love is tragedy, why are you my remedy?
  • If our love's insanity, why are you my clarity?

21 pilots Faily Local Lyrics

21 pilots faily local lyrics

  • Fairly Local

  • I’m fairly local, I’ve been around
  • I’ve seen the streets you're walking down
  • I’m fairly local, good people now
  • Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
  • I’m evil to the core
  • What I shouldn't do I will
  • They say I’m emotional
  • What I wanna save I’ll kill
  • Is that who I truly am?
  • I truly don’t have a chance
  • Tomorrow I’ll keep a beat
  • And repeat yesterday’s dance
  • Yo, this song will never be on the radio
  • Even if my clique were to pick and the people were to vote
  • It’s the few, the proud, and the emotional
  • Yo, you, bulletproof in black like a funeral
  • The world around us is burning but we’re so cold
  • It’s the few, the proud, and the emotional
  • I’m fairly local, I’ve been around
  • I’ve seen the streets you're walking down
  • I’m fairly local, good people now
  • Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh [2x]
  • I’m not evil to the core
  • What I shouldn't do I will fight
  • I know I’m emotional
  • What I wanna save I will try
  • I know who I truly am
  • I truly do have a chance
  • Tomorrow I’ll switch the beat
  • To avoid yesterday’s dance
  • Yo, this song will never be on the radio
  • Even if my clique were to pick and the people were to vote
  • It’s the few, the proud, and the emotional
  • Yo, you, bulletproof in black like a funeral
  • The world around us is burning but we’re so cold
  • It’s the few, the proud, and the emotional
  • I’m fairly local, I’ve been around
  • I’ve seen the streets you're walking down
  • I’m fairly local, good people now
  • Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh [3x]
  • I’m fairly local, I’ve been around
  • I’ve seen the streets you're walking down
  • I’m fairly local, good people now
  • Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
  • Yeah
  • I'm fairly local, good people now
  • Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
  • Good people now
  • Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
  • Good people now
  • Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh

10 years from birth to burial lyrics

10 years from birth to burial lyrics

  • From Birth To Burial

  • You're next in line to love me for the night
  • So say goodbye and leave me on high
  • Don't darken my door with your light.
  • Your long winded lies of a short mended life
  • I die by design on a dime.
  • Drag me along singing this song.
  • Bury my bones when the glory is gone
  • The infection has led to the heart and the head
  • The infection has led to the heart and the head
  • All my monuments of accomplishments
  • Are lost and left behind
  • How do I find an end,
  • I can't remember how this began
  • There's no loyalty in shooting stars
  • Just lawyer fees and failure scars
  • For every birth there is a death,
  • For every sunrise there is a set
  • Half past my prime that spark in my eye
  • Is discolored and oxidized
  • And all that resides is how to survive
  • And provide when this dream as died
  • Farewell welfare, farewell welfare
  • Don't darken my door with your light,
  • Long winded lies of a short mended life
  • I die by design on a dime.
  • Bury my bones when the glory is gone
  • Farewell welfare, farewell welfare
  • We're dying in stereo from birth to burial
  • We're dying in stereo from birth to burial
  • So say goodbye, you loved me for the night
  • Farewell welfare, farewell welfare
  • We're dying in stereo from birth to burial
  • We're dying in stereo from birth to burial

Josh Groban Bring him home lyrics

josh grobin bring him home lyrics

  • Bring Him Home
  • (from "Les Miserables" musical)

  • Valjean
  • God on high
  • Hear my prayer
  • In my need
  • You have always been there
  • He is young
  • He's afraid
  • Let him rest
  • Heaven blessed.
  • Bring him home
  • Bring him home
  • Bring him home.
  • He's like the son I might have known
  • If God had granted me a son.
  • The summers die
  • One by one
  • How soon they fly
  • On and on
  • And I am old
  • And will be gone.
  • Bring him peace
  • Bring him joy
  • He is young
  • He is only a boy
  • You can take
  • You can give
  • Let him be
  • Let him live
  • If I die
  • Let me die
  • Let him live
  • Bring him home
  • Bring him home
  • Bring him home

zac brown band homegrown lyrics

zac brown band homegrown lyrics

  • Homegrown
  • I got a piece of land, out in the countryside
  • Lay back and smell the sun
  • Warm up the Georgia pine
  • Feels so good to be taking it easy
  • Why would I ever leave?
  • ‘Cause I know
  • I got some good friends that live down the street
  • Got a good looking woman with her arms ‘round me
  • Here in a small town where it feels like home
  • I got everything I need and nothing that I don’t
  • Homegrown, Homegrown
  • We got a fire going down by the riverside
  • Sip whiskey out the bottle
  • Livin' like we’ll never die
  • Come on and stay a while if you don’t believe me
  • Why would I ever leave?
  • ‘Cause I know
  • I got some good friends that live down the street
  • Got a good looking woman with her arms ‘round me
  • Here in a small town where it feels like home
  • I got everything I need and nothing that I don’t
  • Homegrown, Homegrown
  • I got some good friends that live down the street
  • Got a good looking woman with her arms 'round me
  • Here in a small town where it feels like home
  • I got everything I need
  • Homegrown
  • And nothing that I don't
  • Homegrown
  • Everything I need
  • Homegrown
  • And nothing that I don't
  • Homegrown
  • It's the weight that you carry from the things you think you want
  • It's the weight that you carry from the things you think you want
  • Weight you carry
  • It's the weight that you carry from the things you think you want
  • It's the weight that you carry from the things you think you want
  • I got everything I need, nothing that I don't
  • Homegrown
  • Everything I need, nothing that I don't
  • Homegrown
  • Everything I need, nothing that I don't
  • Homegrown
  • Oh, everything I need and nothing that I don't

Ciara i bet lyrics

ciara i bet lyrics

  • I Bet
  • I bet you start loving me
  • Soon as I start loving someone else
  • Somebody better than you
  • I bet you start needing me
  • Soon as you see me with someone else
  • Somebody other than you
  • And I know that it hurts
  • You know that it hurts your pride
  • But you thought the grass was greener on the other side
  • I bet you start loving me
  • Soon as I start loving someone else
  • Somebody better than you
  • So I'm supposed to believe that it's Fellini's calling' your phone?
  • I'm supposed to believe that they're asking' you if you're home
  • I wasn't born yesterday, not me, can't get that over me, not me
  • I love you but I won't be a fool for you
  • That is just something' that I wouldn't do, babe
  • I mean I would stay if you could tell the truth
  • But you can't, no matter how much time I ask
  • Is that your bitch over there giving me the ugly stare
  • The one with the silicone ass, and the Brazilian hair
  • You ain't gon' respect me no no no till I'm not there
  • See, I got you comfortable, now you ain't really scared
  • But I bet you start loving me
  • Soon as I start loving someone else
  • Somebody better than you
  • I bet you start needing me
  • Soon as you see me with someone else
  • Somebody other than you
  • And I know that it hurts
  • You know that it hurts your pride
  • But you thought the grass was greener on the other side
  • I bet you start loving me
  • Soon as I start loving someone else
  • Somebody better than you
  • So you bought me a car, he can buy that too
  • I can take care of myself and I can find someone to do it too, baby
  • You actin' like you upgraded me, I upgraded you
  • You and me Fashion Week in Paris, I put you on to that new
  • But you took advantage of, you took advantage of, you took advantage
  • I cannot understand it, I cannot understand it, I cannot understand it
  • I thought you'd always be there for me, yeah yeah
  • But if you ask me if I knew better now, hell yeah
  • So you can keep that bitch over there giving' me the ugly stare
  • The one with the silicone ass, and the Brazilian hair
  • You ain't gon' respect me no no no till I'm not there
  • See, I got you comfortable, now you ain't really scared
  • But I bet you start loving me
  • Soon as I start loving someone else
  • Somebody better than you
  • I bet you start needing me soon as you see me with someone else
  • Somebody other than you
  • And I know that it hurts, you know that it hurts your pride
  • But you thought the grass was greener on the other side
  • I bet you start loving me
  • Soon as I start loving someone else
  • Somebody better than you
  • Baby, tell me what's it, gonna take to keep it
  • All the way one hundred
  • You won't get it 'til I'm gone away (away)
  • I bet you start loving me
  • Soon as I start loving someone else
  • Somebody better than you
  • I bet you start needing me
  • Soon as you see me with someone else
  • Somebody other than you
  • And I know that it hurts
  • You know that it hurts your pride
  • But you thought the grass was greener on the other side
  • I bet you start loving me
  • Soon as I start loving someone else
  • Somebody better than you
  • Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
  • I hate, I hate that I'm singing this song, singing this song
  • ‘Cause I love you
  • Yeah I love you
  • Oh-oh, oh-oh, oh-oh, oh-oh
  • I’m all cried out
  • I’m all tried out
  • I’m all fired out
  • Yeah
  • Right now it’s killing me
  • 'Cause now I have to find someone else
  • When all I wanted was you.

Tech N9NE fragile lyrics

tech n9ne fragile lyrics

  • Fragile
  • (feat. Kendall Morgan, Kendrick Lamar & ¡Mayday!)
  • [Verse 1 — Wrekonize & Bernz:]
  • You said you'd never ever break... down
  • But here I am sweeping... pieces off of the ground
  • You said you'd never, ever play... to crowds
  • But I've seen you hoping to play songs to them now
  • I've spent all night long scared of tomorrow, broke my alarm
  • Everything is almost lost, pick it up slow, before it's gone...
  • [Hook — Wrekonize & Kendall Morgan:]
  • We're fragile
  • (Wish I'd have known)
  • I never thought I'd be so fragile
  • (You're not alone)
  • If it didn't break before it's about to
  • (We've been here before)
  • I don't ever want to change
  • I'm fragile
  • I don't ever...
  • [Verse 2 — Tech N9ne:]
  • Some of the people appointed to give an opinion
  • Never do get it
  • I want you to come on and gobble a jimmy and... die
  • N9na be giving the remedy and why?
  • Critics are really the enemy and I
  • Can't stand the way they slam today's gifted
  • Effin' incredible, get fanned away with grands to pay
  • This jam will lay scripted
  • Deaf and impeccable
  • Write a rhyme and I put everything in a flow
  • I'm the N9ne I'm a look very mean
  • When a foe scribe a line but he has never been at a show
  • By the times it'll be better, leave it in the sto.
  • Cause they wrote nothin' but lies, quotes stuck in my eyes
  • Amateur writer dissin'
  • He's a beginner and hopes for your demise, folks some may despise
  • Never do try to listen
  • It's real - I'm mad
  • Clueless when you scribble on your pad
  • How you gonna criticize with a chisel on your nads sizzling your ad.
  • You don't really get why I'm so pissed? Understand this: (understand this)
  • I'm an artist, and I'm sensitive about my shit, yes I'm
  • [Hook]
  • [Verse 3 — Kendrick Lamar:]
  • Tell me that I'm famous
  • Tell me that my name is
  • Big as Venus Jupiter and then Uranus
  • Tell me that your anus got your head in it
  • I can smell the articles and know you're heinous
  • Tell me that you love me, always thinkin' of me
  • Unconditional, I'm hoping I'm your favourite
  • Grab a fishing pole and throw me with the sharks
  • That's the feelin' I get when you're concentratin'
  • On this pen, on this pad
  • Tell me you're willin' to diss on my craft
  • Tell me the feelin' of pickin' apart this track
  • Stop...
  • Puttin' my heart and my soul in these lines
  • Tellin' me platinum and gold all the time
  • Lookin' to bury, a deep hole for mine
  • Drop...
  • This is more than you, and this is more than you
  • And your entire building slanderin' and abusin'
  • What I call the realest comin' from a student
  • Told myself to use a poem as an UZI
  • Empty magazine, I seen a magazine
  • You seen my trigger finger, then I started shootin'
  • That was nicotine, I'm bout to smoke 'em all
  • And journalists involved should've known my music

mumford and sons believe lyrics

  • Believe
  • You may call it in this evening
  • But you've only lost the night
  • Preset all your pretty feelings
  • May they comfort you tonight
  • And I'm climbing over something
  • And I'm running through these walls
  • I don't even know if I believe [x3]
  • Everything you're trying to say to me
  • I had the strangest feeling
  • Your world's not all it seems
  • So tired of misconceiving
  • What else this could've been
  • I don't even know if I believe [x3]
  • Everything you're trying to say to me
  • So open up my eyes
  • Tell me I'm alive
  • This is never gonna go our way
  • If I'm gonna have to guess what's on your mind
  • Say something, say something,
  • Something like you love me
  • Less you wanna move away
  • From the noise of this place
  • Well I don't even know if I believe [x2]
  • I don't even know if I wanna believe
  • Anything you're trying to say to me
  • [x2:]
  • So, open up my eyes
  • Tell me I'm alive
  • This is never gonna go our way
  • If I'm gonna have to guess what's on your mind

Mothers Day Incident - 1 killed 3 injured in Newark (NEWS)

mothers day incident
NEWARK (WABC) - New Jersey authorities say one individual is dead and no less than three are injured after a giving amid a yearly Mother's Day bike favoring occasion in Newark.

Gunfire emitted Sunday evening in the city's South Ward close 19th Avenue and South 16th Street amid the Blessing of the Bikes, an occasion supported by the Newark Knights cruiser club to stamp the start of the riding season. Police taped off the whole region late Sunday night.

The Essex County Prosecutor's Office told NJ.com that murder investigators are on the scene and the three shooting exploited people have been taken to range doctor's facilities for treatment.

A huge number of individuals accompanied their cruisers on Mother's Day, and police began to get calls of different shots close to the convergence. A witness said there were individuals doing traps on their bicycles, and she saw two individuals haul out firearms and begin shooting.

A lady who assisted with CPR says the exploited person is an adolescent, however police have not affirmed that yet.

"I walked up to the scene, and there was a guy that was laying on the ground. Basically you heard shots that rang out, and it was 8 to 12 shots...the guy he ran. He fell on the ground - he got shot twice in the top of his head and once in the left eye," says Kenoa Campbell.

The Newark Chief of Detectives was on the scene Sunday night, and tells Eyewitness News that the victims range in age from 15-29 years old. He will not say which victim is the one who passed away, because their families have not all been notified.

Newark Mayor Ras Baraka came down hard on the Blessing of the Bikes, saying had he known the event was approved by the city, he would have vetoed it, saying Newark does not have enough officers to maintain an event of this magnitude.

"They've had this event in the past, and it has not had an incident, but it's been unruly since then," Mayor Baraka said, "we know that we are building up more police officers. We hired another 150 this year."

Happy mothers day in detention

By Invitation of Homeland Security, these moms are in fact going through Mother's Day with their youngsters in lockup.

In a perfect world, Moms ought to go through Mother's Day with their youngsters.

These moms are doing that, yet in conditions that are a long way from perfect: Moms and their children crushed together in frosty, clammy cells in an administration run confinement office, a dull and troubling spot where mother and youngster are given inadequate proportions and denied the privilege to insight, and where mothers are left no decision yet to go on yearning strikes trying to attract regard for the ill-use they're enduring.

Where's this happening? Russia? China? North Korea? Should we begin a universal crusade to weight an outside government, or raiding posses, or human carrying cartels to make the best decision? #FreeTheMoms?

Think closer to home. This phenomenon — moms in detention — is happening here in the United States, in federal facilities located in states like Texas and New Mexico.
These women and children are being effectively kept as prisoners, even though they don’t have lawyers or charges lodged against them. This kind of lockup sounds like such a dreadful punishment. What terrible crime did they commit?
They believed. They crossed into the United States last summer — along with more than 80,000 uninvited guests, almost entirely other women and children from Central America — because they believed what they had heard about how the United States was a safe haven for refugees fleeing oppression, death, horror.

Central America has all of the above, especially in recent years now that violent youth gangs and drug cartels are warring for control of countries like Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador. It’s the kind of place where young girls are sexually assaulted, and young boys are recruited into gangs with an offer they can’t refuse: join up or watch your family die.

It’s the kind of place where mothers scrape their fingers bloody rubbing rosary beads as they pray to the saints to keep their children safe. Over the last couple of years, thousands of mothers have grabbed their children and a few personal belongings and headed north, through Mexico and into the United States across the Texas border.
Here’s what we know from news accounts, government records, and the testimony of refugees themselves.

The first wave, which arrived approximately between October 2013 and April 2014, took U.S. immigration officials by surprise. And so, the first instinct was to get rid of them by doing what the law allows — transferring them into the custody of U.S.-based relatives with a notice to appear before an immigration judge at some future date. Many of those who were released in this fashion never showed for their court appearance and instead blended into the sizable population of undocumented immigrants in the United States.

Of course, there is no excuse for failing to appear—even though, in some well-publicized cases, the assigned court was more than 1000 miles from where the defendant was located. The point is that, once these refugees were released from custody, it was easy for them to disappear. Perhaps the authorities saw this as a mistake that they didn’t want to repeat with the waves that followed.

The final wave, which arrived after September 2015, were immediately arrested and deported back to their home countries in a showy and well-organized repatriation effort intended to send a message to the people who still lived there and might have been contemplating a journey of their own to the United States: “Don’t come. You will be apprehended and sent home.” Before long, the flow of refugees from families from Central America dried up to a trickle.

In between those two waves — of those who were let go and those who were sent home — was the middle wave of refugees, those who arrived approximately between April and August 2014. These are the people who came in droves, the ones you saw on the news steaming across the Texas-Mexico border last summer.

Ever wonder what happened to them? Many of them were apprehended and, instead of being deported, they were placed in makeshift detention facilities. For a time, even some abandoned military bases were converted to house these refugee families. More recently, they have been placed in federal detention facilities. And forgotten.
There are activists who have traveled to the towns where these centers are based and tried to gain access to the detainees. When they can provide humanitarian aid, they do.

I spoke to one activist who has made the pilgrimage, and who is himself undocumented. He believes that these centers need to shut down because of what allegedly occurs there.
One of the more notorious detention facilities is the Karnes County Residential Center, located about 100 miles south of Austin.

In October, several immigration advocacy groups fired off a letter to Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security, which hired a for-profit prison operator to run the facility. The groups allege that women are being sexually abused and otherwise mistreated by guards at the facility. The company, Geo Group Inc., denies the allegations and insists that the Karnes Center “provides a safe, clean, and family-friendly environment for mothers and children.”

You’ll find liberals who are concerned about closing the military prison at Guantanamo Bay but who are not comparably worked up over, for instance, what’s happening to women and children at institutions like Karnes.
You have to hand it to the Obama administration. In the last six-and-a-half years, it has racked up a record 2 million deportations and divided hundreds of thousands of families. Now team Obama has finally found a way to keep families intact: just lock up mothers and children together in makeshift family prisons.

And now, the administration has come up with a Mother’s Day present for the thousands of immigrant women, and children it has incarcerated in detention facilities: a slap in the face.
The gift was delivered not by courier but by lawyers, which is rarely a good sign. The lawyers, who work at the Justice Department, have maintained that the child refugees being held in detention don’t have a due process right to counsel under the Constitution. And so they asked U.S. District Court Judge Thomas Zilly to dismiss in its entirety a lawsuit challenging the Obama administration’s policy of rushing thousands of incarcerated children into deportation proceedings without first giving them legal representation. The judge refused to do so.

The attorneys recently requested that Zilly stay all further court action on the due process claims of these women and children until Justice can appeal his ruling. The judge has said that the right-to-counsel claim is too important to be put off much longer. A decision on the request for a stay should be forthcoming.
It seems like a lot of trouble for the U.S. government to go to, all so it can do as it pleases with people who are weak and vulnerable — child refugees, most of whom don’t speak English or understand what’s happening to them.

This is not the Obama administration’s finest hour. It stands taller when it defends immigrants and refugees, not when it is going to such extraordinary lengths to remove them or turning a blind eye to those who are alleged to have abused them.
As for those Justice Department lawyers, well, you have to wonder how they sleep at night. This is why they went to law school? This is how they’re using their legal training—trying to deny representation to a bunch of kids?
Their own mothers must be very proud.

SofĂa Vergara Says Having Kids Is ''Not a Priority'' for Her and Joe Manganiello, but if It Happens...(ENTERTAINME NEWS)

SofĂa Vergara is now a mother, yet since Joe Manganiello isn't a father, she has fielded a ton of inquiries concerning whether having children together is in their future.

"When you're with some person that hasn't had children, and you need to begin a relationship, obviously there's dependably that question," the Hot Pursuit star and Cosmo for Latinas Summer 2015 glamor girl told the magazine in a late meeting.

"Also, in the event that it happens, it will be something that will fulfill us, however its not a need in our lives."

The dazzling couple got connected with around Christmas time after scarcely five months of dating.

"My son, Manolo, is 23 years old, which is going to be really weird if I have another baby," Vergara told Vanity Fair earlier this year when asked about the possibility of more children, adding, "But, you know, Joe wants babies and if it's going to make him super-happy, then..."

But now, as she told Cosmo, it will make them happy.

As for Manolo, he remains the apple of his mother's eye. "I think it's so hard to raise kids nowadays and he has grown up to be so respectful and responsible," Vergara gushed.

The Modern Family star raised Manolo as a single working mom (in addition to acting and modeling she started a talent agency specializing in Latino and Latina entertainers that she still co-owns to this day), and it sounds as though achieving fame as a result of her success has just been the icing on the cake.

"Sometimes you want fame to go away a little bit, because you want to do normal things," Vergara explained. "I think I'm old enough that I've already enjoyed all of it, so if it goes away, I think I'm still going to be OK. It was never really what I was looking for—it wasn't even being an actress or being famous—it was just supporting myself and making money and doing a business for myself."

Asked about the experience of being a Latina actress in Hollywood, she said, "There aren't as many roles for Latinas as we would want there to be, but we shouldn't be complaining because a Latin girl just won a Golden Globe, a Latin director just won an Oscar. We should be very happy that there are people out there who are doing things and being recognized."

Hot Pursuit co-star Reese Witherspoon also sang her praises to Cosmo, saying Vergara "has the most incredible comic timing."

"Her sense of humor is completely based on making fun of her sexy Latin image and people love her for that," Witherspoon said. "It's one thing to be as beautiful as she is, it is another to know how to make everyone fall in love with you. And you do fall in love with her. She is just so warm and charming. It is her nature to make you immediately want to be her best friend."

But alas, as close as they've gotten on the publicity circuit, it doesn't sound as though Reese is going to make it into the bridal party when SofĂa and Joe tie the knot.

"In Latin America we don't have bridesmaids, we only have flower girls," Vergara said.

The summer 2015 issue of Cosmo for Latinas is on newsstands May 19—and Hot Pursuit is in theaters now.

CHICAGO - Derrick Rose needed to make one thing clear about his triumphant 3-pointer: He didn't call glass.

Rose banked a 3-pointer in at the signal and scored 30 points Friday night to lead the Chicago Bulls to a 99-96 triumph over the Cleveland Cavaliers and a 2-1 lead in the Eastern Conference elimination rounds.

"I'm simply grateful and thankful that my partners issued me the ball," he said. "They trusted in me down the stretch. They continued getting this show on the road me the ball, continued urging me to play the way that I for the most part play. What's more, no, I didn't call glass."

Cleveland had tied it with a 3-pointer by J.R. Smith with 10.8 seconds left when Rose delivered with the champ off a sideline inbounds play.

The play called for him to get the ball in the corner, but he could not find an opening there. Instead, he took the inbounds from Mike Dunleavy Jr. on the wing and dribbled to his right, past the top of the key. As time expired, he banked a 26-footer over Tristan Thompson and in. It was the first game-winning shot by a Bulls player in the final 10 seconds of a playoff game since Michael Jordan's famous shot over Bryon Russell in the 1998 NBA Finals, according to ESPN Stats & Information.

Rose's shot drew a mob from his teammates and a deafening roar from the crowd for the hometown star limited in recent years by injuries to both knees. Rose has played well at times in these playoffs -- the first for him since 2012 -- but he also committed a late turnover and was beaten on a last-second layup in the loss to Milwaukee in Game 4 of the first round.

This, by far, was his biggest shot of the postseason.

"It was huge," said Jimmy Butler, who scored 20 for Chicago. "We needed that. That's what he does."

LeBron James, who scored 27 for Cleveland despite shooting 8-of-25, said there was nothing Thompson could do about that shot.

"You follow the game plan, they make a shot, you live with it," he said. "It's when you make mistakes during the game plan, those would be the ones that are hard to live with. I know it's easy for me to say that. The shot was not made on me. The guy took a tough shot. Tip your hat to him."

James passed Tony Parker, Steve Nash and Larry Bird for fourth on the career playoff assists list. He had 14 in the game, which gave him 1,073 total.

Chicago had never won more than one game in three previous playoff series against teams led by James.

"He's the Michael Jordan of our generation," Taj Gibson said of James. "He's extremely talented, extremely physical. It's just tough, man."

But now the Bulls have a chance to take a commanding lead with Game 4 at home on Sunday.

Smith, who was back from a two-game suspension, scored 14 points. Kyrie Irving, playing with a sore foot that started bothering him in the first round against Boston, had just 11 points and zero assists. He shot 3-of-13, and the only baskets he made were 3-pointers.

Rose and Butler combined to score 23 of Chicago's 25 points in the fourth quarter. Dunleavy finished the game with 16 points, and Nikola Mirotic scored 12 after playing sparingly the first two games. The Bulls outrebounded the Cavaliers 54-39 and outscored them 44-28 in the paint. What's more, they had 18 second-chance points compared to seven for the Cavaliers.

One concern for Chicago was Pau Gasol straining his left hamstring. The Bulls announced late in the game that he would not return. Gasol said the problem cropped up in Game 2. It started tightening up again early in Game 3, and he will undergo some tests on Saturday.

In a game that was tense and tight the whole way, Rose gave Chicago a 92-91 lead with a free throw with 2:09 remaining. Then he missed on a drive with James guarding him. He had another layup blocked by Thompson before Butler missed a 3, which resulted in a shot-clock violation with 52 seconds remaining.

Butler then reached in on James, who hit two free throws to give Cleveland a 93-92 lead with 41.5 seconds left. Then Butler drove along the baseline, stopped and spun for a layup to put Chicago ahead.

James then missed on a drive and fouled Taj Gibson as he grabbed the rebound, which resulted in two made free throws that made it 96-93. Smith buried a 3 with 10.8 seconds remaining, and then Rose landed the final blow.

TIP-INS

Cavaliers: Iman Shumpert started after injuring his groin in Game 2. He finished with eight points on 3-of-9 shooting.

Bulls: The NBA fined Joakim Noah $25,000 for pushing a fan at halftime of the Bulls' loss to Cleveland on Wednesday in Game 2.

LATE ARRIVALS

The Cavaliers got caught in traffic and did not show up at the arena until a little more than an hour before tipoff. If the late arrival bothered his players, coach David Blatt did not see any signs before the game.

"I was thinking about that when I got off the bus," Blatt said. "I was looking at our guys, and it didn't seem to bother them. I've seen situations where guys get really nervous under those circumstances."

HEATED EXCHANGE

The rivalry between James and Noah took another turn over some trash talk James felt went too far.

Noah fouled James on a nonshooting play in the third and, according to James, made some offensive comments.

"I'm a father with three kids. It got very disrespectful," James said. "I'm OK with competing against Jo. I love the competitive nature, but we should leave it there. The disrespectful words that he said to me were uncalled for."

Moments after that foul, James spun around Butler and dunked on Noah. James got a technical for taunting. Noah responded, which resulted in a technical for him as well.

ResultMayweather by unanimous decision

Floyd Mayweather, Jr. versus Manny Pacquiao, charged as Battle for Greatness or The Fight of the Century, was an expert bout between the eight-division best on the planet Manny Pacquiao and undefeated, five-division title holder Floyd Mayweather, Jr.

The battle occurred on May 2, 2015 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. In spite of expectations that Mayweather–Pacquiao would be the most noteworthy earning battle in history as right on time as 2009, differences between the two boxers' camps on terms for the battle kept the session from working out as intended until 2015. The inability to make the Mayweather–Pacquiao battle was named The Ring magazine Event of the Year for 2010.

By 2015 transactions for battle had been finished, with the majority of the real issues that have kept the battle from happening in the past determined, including handbag part, medication testing, and area. On February 20, 2015, Mayweather affirmed on online networking that the battle had for sure been marked independent from anyone else as Pacquiao as of now had marked the agreement of the battle beforehand and the agreement itself was with Mayweather on that day. The challenge was consented to be hung on May 2, 2015.

Mayweather won the fight by unanimous decision with two judges scoring it 116–112 and the other 11.
Here are the pictures from the fight.
